Leeds showed why they are Super League champions as they came from behind to crush Harlequins 48-14 this evening.
The Rhinos fell behind early as Chris Melling opened the scoring for Quins. But Leeds hit back to lead 20-8 at half-time as they scored three tries.
Captain Kevin Sinfield, who was playing his 350th game for the Rhinos, got the first try as he got on the end of a through kick by Danny McGuire and then Leeds talisman McGuire went in underneath the posts.
Harlequins briefly got back in the game when a cross-field kick from Danny Orr deflected into the hands of David Howell, who crossed over for the try.
But it was all one-way traffic from that point as the Rhinos ran riot and scored six more tries. The first-half ended with a try from Jamie Jones-Buchanan, while Scott Donald, Brent Webb, Danny Buderus, Lee Smith and Ryan Hall ran in tries in the second-half.
Chad Randall got a consolation try for the Quins, which Orr converted, but it was Leeds who sealed the win to go two points behind leaders St Helens.
Elsewhere, an impressive Hull KR ran in six tries on their way to a 32-18 win over a brave Celtic Crusaders side.
Clint Newton (2), Jason Netherton, Kris Welham, Michael Dobson and Shaun Briscoe ran in the tries for Hull. The Crusaders stayed in the game for long periods through tries from Damien Quinn, Ryan O'Hara and Lincoln Withers.
Warrington were victorious over the Catalan Dragons as they claimed a 24-12 in the first ever match to played at Barcelona's Olympic Stadium.
Tries from Jason Croker and Cyril Stacul gave the Dragons a 10-6 half-time lead, with Chris Bridge scoring a try for the Wolves. But it was Warrington who secured the win with tries from Matt King, Chris Riley and Jon Clarke.
