A Portuguese lorry driver has been charged over the death of a family of six on the M6 in Cheshire earlier this week.
David Statham, 38, his wife, Michelle, 33, and their four children, Reece, 31, Jay, nine, Mason, 20 months, and Elouise, ten weeks, died in the crash late on Monday night.
The family, from Llandudno, north Wales, had been returning home after visiting relatives in the West Midlands when the collision took place.
A spokeswoman for Cheshire police said Paulo Jorge Nogeueira de Silva, 46, from Murcia, Spain, would appear in Crewe magistrates court today charged with six counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
