Hull City have submitted a full report to the Football Association (FA) detailing their side of the view in the spitting row involving Cesc Fabregas.
The Arsenal captain is alleged to have spat at Hull assistant manager Brian Horton in the tunnel after the Gunners' 2-1 FA Cup win at the Emirates on March 17th. Fabregas strongly denies the accusations and said over the weekend that he felt the matter was closed.
But Hull have refused to put an end to the argument and want the FA to now investigate and Hull manager Phil Brown wants "the truth to come out".
"My evidence has gone in, Brian Horton's evidence has gone in and Sean Rush's (fitness conditioner) evidence has as well. That is all that has been necessary as regards to us up to now," Brown told the Hull Daily Mail.
"There is an independent solicitor representing us and hopefully there will be no bias towards any one club.
"We really just want the truth to come out. If the truth comes out, then we have got nothing to worry about."
The FA will now look at the documents sent by Hull and may contact Arsenal before deciding if the incident merits any further investigation.
