Portuguese playmaker Deco has accused Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich of using the club as his "toy".
The 31-year-old, who joined the Blues from Barcelona last summer, says he is desperate to leave Stamford Bridge just 12 months after his arrival.
Deco says he does not feel comfortable at the club and that this is largely down to the way Abramovich operates.
Having been brought in by former Portuguese national team boss Luiz Felipe Scolari, Deco was dismayed when the Brazilian World Cup winner was sacked midway through the season.
Deco feels any other big club would have given Scolari more time to prove himself and that Abramovich undermines the structure of the club.
He told the Daily Star: "Chelsea are kind of his toy. Sometimes Abramovich makes decisions that go over the head of the director of football. The exit of Big Phil was rash.
"Chelsea are a special club. If Big Phil was perhaps at Manchester United or Liverpool, they respect the coach and give him time to work. But Chelsea are different."
Deco has been linked with a move to Inter Milan this summer, along with fellow Portuguese international Ricardo Carvahlo, where they would link up with Jose Mourinho.
And Deco admits he would like to escape from Stamford Bridge.
He added: "Honestly, I did not like the experience at Chelsea. I'm looking for another club where I can feel good.
