Kimi Raikkonen has branded Lewis Hamilton's actions at the Canadian grand prix "stupid" after both drivers were eliminated after a pit-lane collision.
The McLaren driver, who has admitted he was at fault over the crash, drove into the back of Raikkonen's Ferrari as the Finn waited at a red light while exiting the pits on lap 20.
The incident will cost Hamilton ten grid places at the next grand prix in France in two weeks' time, but through no fault of his own Raikkonen failed to score any points in Canada.
Eventual race winner Robert Kubica leapfrogged both drivers to take the lead of the world championship.
And it prompted Raikkonen to call the actions of Hamilton in the pit lane "inexplicable".
"I'm not angry but what Hamilton did was stupid," said the world champion, who was himself at fault in the last race when he drove into the back of Adrian Sutil's Force India in Monaco.
"I'm not the right person to talk about a shunt, given what happened in the last race, but it is one thing to collide on the track in the heat of the race and another in the pit lane when you are stopped at a red light," he added.
