Columbian striker Hugo Rodallega heading for Wigan
The transfer could pave the way for the sale of England international Emile Heskey.

Columbian international striker Hugo Rodallega could be heading to Steve Bruce's Wigan side later this month.
According to a spokesman for Necaxa, Rodallega's current club, the deal has already been arranged.
The Mexican club have not revealed any details of the potential transfer, but spokesman Rosendo Duhart said the forward will join Wigan later his month.
"It is a fact. Hugo is joining Wigan on January 15th," the Necaxa spokesman said.
"I'm afraid I cannot say much more as the board are in Mexico City at the Mexican Football Federation headquarters because the transfer window is closing, but I was told and I can say the transfer has been set," he added.
Rodallega, a 23-year-old Columbia international, scored 15 goals in 36 games for Necaxa last year.
He has also previously played for Mexican sides Monterrey and Atlas.
The arrival of Rodallega at the JJB could signal a potential sale for current Wigan striker Emile Heskey.
Bruce has so far indicated that he is keen to keep hold of the 30-year-old forward, but Liverpool are thought to be keen on bringing the England striker back to his former club can could make an offer in this month's transfer window.
