Madonna and Guy Ritchie have not yet finalised a divorce settlement, the singer's publicist has confirmed.
The couple announced their divorce last week and the Sun and Mail on Sunday newspapers had reported that they had reached an accord over their financial and real estate assets, as well as the appropriate custody arrangements for their children.
But in an email to the Associated Press news agency, Madonna's publicist Liz Rosenberg quashed the tabloid rumours.
"I will not be commenting on the various reports regarding the divorce or of the settlement which has not been finalised," she wrote.
Ritchie's representatives have offered no comment on the reports.
RocknRolla director Ritchie is thought to worth around £20 million with Madonna's fortune believed to exceed £200 million.
Any divorce settlement - expected to be reached in private - would also include the division of their properties in London, Wiltshire, Los Angeles and New York City.
And the couple are to also finalise custody arrangements for their children Rocco, eight, and David Banda, three, who was adopted from Malawi in 2006.
Madonna also has a 12-year-old daughter, Lourdes, from a relationship with personal trainer Carlos Leon.
