Wales coach Gareth Jenkins believes his side are still capable of producing "the perfect game" after witnessing last night's 72-18 demolition of Japan.
Two tries each for Shane Williams and Martyn Williams and further scores from six other players ensured Jenkins' side ran out worthy winners of their pool B clash at the Millennium Stadium with 11 tries.
But despite a sound scoreline ensuring their bonus point within the first 40 minutes, Jenkins believes his side still have improvements to make.
"We are not entirely satisfied. There were still aspects of the game that we were disappointed with," he said afterwards.
"We are challenging ourselves more than anyone else to find the perfect game, and while there was some good stuff out there tonight there was stuff that we were frustrated with as well.
"That's the group we're dealing with. We have got an expectation of improvement."
Wales captain and fly-half Stephen Jones echoed the comments of his coach, saying "we've got things to work on".
"I am happy with the performance, happy with the victory but
some of our patterns weren't as efficient as they should be," he said.
"We've got to look at our contact skills and tighten them up and if we can do that we can get a lot more continuity into our game."
Wales' final match of the pool stage is against Fiji next Saturday, and provided results go with form until then it is set to determine which of the two nations will qualify for the quarter-finals alongside likely group winners Australia.
