David Beckham has ruled out a loan move back to Europe after the Major League Soccer (MLS) season finishes in November.
The England midfielder has been linked with a move to Newcastle United while AC Milan are reportedly eyeing Beckham.
A row broke out earlier this week with Los Angeles Galaxy boss Frank Yallop insisting Beckham would not be sent out on loan.
The club's general manager, Alexi Lalas, hit back by claiming he would consider a loan move for the former Manchester United star.
But Beckham has quashed the speculation by insisting he has turned his back on the Premiership.
"Will I be coming back somewhere on loan? No," Beckham said.
"That is never going to happen."
Beckham put in an impressive display in England's 1-1 draw with Brazil on Friday at the new Wembley.
He could be the centre of a club versus country row as England's crunch Euro 2008 qualifiers in September and October clash with a crucial part of the MLS season.
Beckham hopes Galaxy will not stop him playing for his country having just returning to the international fold.
"Travelling is not going to be a problem, because I will travel from anywhere to play for my country, so we will see," Beckham said.
"I haven't worked out schedules, but I am sure it can be done nearer the time.
"Everyone at LA Galaxy knows that I want to play for my country and I am sure they will do everything possible to make it possible for me to play for my country."
Beckham is expected to start in England's must-win Euro 2008 qualifier away to Estonia on Wednesday.
