Indonesia has withdrawn official tsunami warnings issued after two powerful earthquakes struck the island of Sulawesi.
The alert, originally issued in the early hours of the morning local time, came days after the country adopted a new hi-tech early warning system.
The country's meteorological agency said the first quake, magnitude 7.7, struck the coastal town of Gorontalo, followed by a second quake of magnitude 6.0 shortly afterwards.
Up to 250,000 were killed by the Boxing Day tsunami four years ago, the majority in Indonesia's Aceh province.
According to the US geological survey, the first of today's quakes took place at 01:02 local time on Monday (17:02 GMT today), the second following half an hour later.
The American agency put the first quake at a magnitude of 7.5 and a depth of 21km, while the second quake registered at 5.6.
