England coach Peter Moores has called on both sets of players to rein in their on-field behaviour as India aim to secure a series win over their hosts in the third Test at the Oval.
The Trent Bridge clash, which India claimed earlier today by seven wickets, saw several controversial instances of gamesmanship from both sides.
The tourists' paceman Sanath Sreesanth was fined by the match referee for deliberately shoulder-barging England skipper Michael Vaughan and could have faced further punishment had a high-speed beamer to Kevin Pietersen not been deemed accidental.
England, lead by the talkative Matthew Prior, were up to their own tricks when they took the field.
Most notably tailender Zaheer Khan accused some of the close fielders of scattering jelly beans on the wicket in a bid to break his concentration.
"It got out of hand. Everyone has learned from it and hopefully we won't see it again. Sport moves on, we've got to get ready for the Oval now," Moores told Radio Five Live.
"There was aggression as there should be with two sides trying to win for their country. But we take the spirit of cricket very seriously because we know youngsters are watching."
England need a win from the final Test of India's tour if they are to avoid their first home series defeat since 2001.
