England are set to remain unchanged for tomorrow's second one-day international against India despite the return of Ryan Sidebottom.
Peter Moores' men are 1-0 down in the series after being crushed by 158 runs in Friday's game in Rajkot.
England conceded 387-5 in the first match, the highest ever total against them in a one-day international.
All-rounder Paul Collingwood insists his side will not make wholesale changes in Indore despite the return of Sidebottom from an Achilles injury.
"When you have a defeat like that you can get a knee-jerk reaction and panic and start changing things around.
"History says that if you give people the confidence to go out there and perform that's what we'll do.
"Everyone in that line-up is a proven player, and now we'll back them. We've got the belief in all the players and we hope the players will go out and perform."
Sidebottom and off-spinner Graeme Swann are both in contention to play as England aim to overturn their deficit in the seven-match series.
Meanwhile, India are set to name an unchanged team with Yuvraj Singh expected to shake off a minor back injury while paceman Ishant Sharma is still suffering from an ankle injury.
