Two female British tourists have been sexually assaulted and robbed on the Caribbean island of Tobago.
The attack came nearly two weeks after a Swedish couple were killed in an apparent robbery on the same island.
Local reports claim a man wielding a knife broke into the Black Rocks Dreams guesthouse where two couples were staying.
The owner of the holiday apartments was quoted as saying: "The women were assaulted by the man several times. He was masked, wearing camouflage three-quarter pants, gardening gloves and boots.
"He spoke in a very calm voice but acted aggressively. At one time he pushed one of the females with his hand. She fell and hit her head to the floor."
The Foreign Office said it was aware that an assault took place and confirmed consular assistance was being offered.
Earlier this year, newly-wed couple Ben and Catherine Mullany were murdered while on their honeymoon in Antigua.
