Tiger Woods came from four shots back to win the Memorial Tournament in Ohio, finishing with back-to-back birdies to overhaul countryman Jim Furyk.
The American world number one showed he is just about back to the level of fitness and performance he enjoyed before season-ending knee surgery last June by carding a superb seven-under-par 65 on the final round.
Woods capped a brilliant last day by sinking a ten-foot putt at the 17th before hitting a wonderful approach shot to within a foot of the hole at the last and making a second straight birdie.
Furyk's own impressive birdie putt at the 18th, which rolled in from more than 20 feet away, was not enough as he finished second with a three-under 69.
Fellow Americans Jonathan Byrd and Mark Wilson shared third on eight-under-par overall, while Davis Love III was a further two strokes back - level with Americans Matt Kuchar and overnight leader Matt Bettencourt.
