It's taken a good few weeks of tears, tantrums and a lot of thinking about herself, but Sophie has finally realised her behaviour on Love Island may have been slightly over the top.

Speaking in the beach hut, the 29-year-old model admitted that she had been all over the place, especially in the first few weeks of the show.

"I know that the first three or four weeks I was an absolute psychopath, emotionally up and down like a yo yo," she said.

"I was a total b***h at points, I was a great person at other points. But I think I've only really truly become myself, started discovering myself, in the past two weeks."

Speaking nonsense like only she can, Sophie then said that the 'voice of god' had told her that "I think you're being harsh on yourself".

"This has been an emotional roller coaster so I haven't been on a constant level - I have been up and down. I'm sure there are things I'll regret saying when I look back and watch the tapes of the show. But I did say them and I did do them and I have to deal with that," she added.

Meanwhile the islanders have had a shock today as they were given some snippets of what has been written about them in the press. And unsurprisingly, it's not all that good.

Sophie looked particularly shocked by one headline which read "Calum snubs bunny boiler Sophie". Apparently she's never been called a bunny boiler before, which seems unlikely if she acts with most men the way she has done on the show so far.
