Jonathan Ross will make his first Royal Variety Performance appearance this year as the event's host.
He will be joined by numerous stars from the worlds of theatre, comedy and music to raise money for the Entertainment Artistes' Benevolent Fund.
And it's set to be a pretty musical affair as the casts of The Sound of Music, Wicked and Avenue Q are all performing and singers and bands set to attend include Take That, Rod Stewart, the Sugababes and Meatloaf.
Providing the laughs on the night are comedians Omid Djalili, Jason Byrne, Lee Mack and Michael McIntyre.
If that's not enough celebs to keep people happy, then Peter Andre and Katie Price - aka as the glamour model and author Jordan - Paul O'Grady, Vernon Kay and Noel Edmonds will also be there.
This year's event, the 78th in its history, will be attended by Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall and is held at the London Coliseum on Monday December 4th.
Television viewers will be able to watch the show on BBC1 in December.
