At least 20 people killed in Iraq after suspected al-Qaida ambush in Diyala province
At least 20 people have been killed in Iraq after a suspected al-Qaida ambush in Diyala province.
According to the AFP news agency the raid took place at 15:30 local time (13:30 BST) in the village of Dulaimat, close to the city of Baquba which is north-east of Baghdad.
AFP said the victims included policemen and Sunni Muslim militia opposed to al-Qaida.
