Chelsea look set to escape punishment for surrounding referee Graham Poll in Sunday's feisty clash with Tottenham.
The Blues, who lost the match 2-1 at White Hart Lane, surrounded Poll after he booked Michael Ballack while controversial John Terry's red card sparked a touchline bust-up with stewards.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho criticised Poll and said he could not understand the decision to dismiss the Blues skipper.
But while the Football Association is set to review Mourinho's outburst, it is not expected to take action against the Premiership champions, as Poll did not mention the incidents in his match report.
Terry will serve a one-match ban for his red card for two bookable offences.
Chelsea have been fined three times in the past two seasons including in the stormy derby with Fulham last season.
Spurs ended their 16-year winless streak against their London rivals with goals form Aaron Lennon and Michael Dawson after Claude Makelele had given the visitors the lead.
The result sees Mourinho's side lie three points behind leaders Manchester United with the title rivals facing off at Old Trafford on November 26th.
Spurs and Chelsea are in Carling Cup action on Wednesday with Martin Jol's side facing Port Vale while the Blues clash with Aston Villa.
