Olympic medallist Michael Phelps looks ahead to his next Olympics as the countdown to London 2012 begins in earnest.

Phelps followed up his interview with a visit to the Visa London 2012 party on The Mall outside Buckingham Palace in central London on Sunday afternoon.

As the Olympic handover took place in Beijing 40,000 people gathered to enjoy a day of celebration featuring Il Divo, Katherine Jenkins, McFly and Scouting For Girls.
