Prior to their hotly anticipated second album The Kooks release new single Always Where I Need To Be on April 14th. The first single from new album Konk, the song is described as a 'tumbling rocker' and possibly the band's most catchy work to date.

Since bursting onto the music scene in 2006 with their debut Inside In/Inside Out - and its worldwide sales of over two million - The Kooks have quickly been noticed as a classic British songwriting outfit alongside the likes of Oasis, The Kinks and Coldplay.

Their ability to understand and write great and brilliant pop points to 2008 being another stellar year for the Brighton fourpiece with Always Where I Need To Be being the first taster of their new work.
