Get Me Out of Here! contestants have argued after one jungle resident was mocked during a testing live trial.
Robert Kilroy-Silk took part in the 'Jungle Gym' in an attempt to win food for the group and endured a number of hardships while cycling, doing press-ups, downing a mysterious beverage, rowing and bench pressing while meal worms, cockroaches, slime, and jungle fauna were dropped on his head.
But despite the MEP's success in the trial - winning maximum points - Timmy Mallett's behaviour during the task sparked discussion in the jungle.
The children's TV presenter's laughing throughout Kilroy-Silk's trial saw him labelled a "f*****g bastard" by Martina Navratilova and a "w*****r" by Brian Paddick.
"Timmy has got a game plan. I thought he was a legend but he's gone down in my books," added singer Simon Webbe.
"He's washed up. It's his way of getting out there when he gets out. He's a p***k. It's a big disappointment. The person you like and grew up on. I grew up on that guy."
Despite Mallett attempting to convince the rest of the camp that his behaviour had been "very funny", Paddick assured him he should control his comic tendencies and consider others' feelings.
Swayed by Paddick, Mallett offered a sincere apology to Kilroy-Silk, receiving a decisive reply.
"I'm not a vindictive or vengeful person but Tim, I think you know me I won't take any crap," said the former talkshow host.
"I'm trying to fit in here and be not my normal self. I'm trying not to be aggressive, arrogant. I'm trying to work with people but don't do it any more."
Mallett tried to avoid further conflict by telling Kilroy-Silk he was a "hero" and describing his efforts in the task as "sensational".
