She may have a prestigious last name behind her, but organises of an A-list party do not want Paris Hilton's 'type' to attend.
The party loving socialite has been banned from Esquire Show House, a week-long event in Los Angeles.
An insider at the event told the New York Daily News newspaper that Hilton would not be welcome at the party.
"She's been told not to come to the opening next Thursday. Organisers don't want her 'type' there," the source said.
While she is used to attending events all over the world, this is not the first time that the heiress has been dismissed from a guest list.
Only weeks ago, Hilton was told to not turn up to an event at Ian Schrager's Gramercy Park Hotel, with the same reason given.
Schrager reportedly told security: "The likes of Paris Hilton and her ilk are not welcome here."
Hilton rose to worldwide fame after starring in an amateur sex tape shot with her ex-boyfriend. She has since starred in a reality TV show and launched a singing career.
