The star is expecting a child and is eager to add a boy to her brood
Kerry Katona has said she has hired private investigators to help her find out the identity of her father.
Speaking to the Sun, the former Atomic Kitten said a bus driver, John Dowd, had approached her claiming to be her parent. Dowd claims to have been involved with Katona's mother, Sue over twenty years ago.
The 27-year-old told the paper: "He looks nothing like me. He looks like another one of them storytellers. I've hired a private investigator to find my real dad so I guess I'll find out soon."
The I'm A Celebrity star added that she would be willing to take a DNA test to ensure that she was not the victim of a hoax.
Katona's husband told the Sun that she was eager to find out whether she was pregnant with a boy or a girl.
The star, who has three girls, was supposed to learn about the baby's sex a week ago but doctors informed her that the baby was in a position where it was impossible to determine it's gender.
