Comeback kid Jay Sean follows up on the success of Ride It with new single Maybe which hits the streets in April.

Maybe, out on April 7th as a download then as a CD on April 14th, is a mid-tempo slice of smooth R 'n' B with a nod to '80s pure groove.

It has been produced by west London production outfit Sampson Productions.

Jay Sean's comeback single Ride It was a smash notching up more than two million hits on YouTube, and peaking at number 11 in the UK music charts.

It received regular airplay on Radio 1, Capital FM 95.8, the KISS network, MTV and The Box.

Sean said: "It was such a buzz when I got the chart position, as I realised people were feeling the music I'm making again."

Now the Hounslow-born artist is anticipating a second bite of the cherry with the release of follow-up track Maybe.

A fact supported by Music Week magazine which said of Sean, "it will be a big year for this British talent".

Both Maybe and Ride It are from Jay Sean’s new album My Own Way which is out on April 28th.

The new album has some impressive talent on the production side including J-Remy and Duro. It was recorded in London and New York.
