Pete Doherty 'planning' to break supervision order

Pete Doherty was convicted earlier this year on drug charges
Pete Doherty is reportedly considering breaking a supervision order to spend time with girlfriend Kate Moss.
His supermodel girlfriend left the UK on Wednesday with her daughter, five-year-old Lila Grace, and is planning to celebrate the arrival of 2007 at a resort in Thailand. Doherty is legally unable to join her as his court imposed community supervision order restricts him to only European flights.
But speculation has mounted that the troubled rock star is planning to break his supervision order to spend New Year's Eve with Moss.
"Pete is desperate to make it to Thailand to bring in the New Year with Kate. They have been on and off a lot recently but patched things up properly leading up to Christmas," a source close to the couple told the Sun.
"Kate has flown to Thailand and was trying to organise a flight for Pete before she left. If he goes he is flying to the worst place for a recovering drug addict. And if he breaks the terms of his probation he will be facing more trouble with the law."
Pete's supervision order was imposed earlier this year following a conviction on drug charges. As part of the order, the Babyshambles singer has to check in once a week with his probation officer.
Media in Thailand have also been speculating whether Doherty would be let into the country if he decided to join his lover, because of its strict laws concerning drugs.
