All Saints have performed their first gig in five years as they launch their comeback attempt.
Once the ruling girl band around, the reunited four original band members are hoping to regain their position and outshine current groups such as Girls Aloud and the Sugababes.
Last night the girls performed to a packed audience at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire and had an impressive line-up of celebrities and respected musicians attending.
Nicole Appleton's partner Liam Gallagher of Oasis and Natalie Appleton's husband, Liam Howlett of the Prodigy, both turned up to support them.
As well as performing their 2000 number one single Pure Shores, the girls sang six songs mainly drawn from their forthcoming album, Studio 1, including Rock Steady, which is due for release as a single from November 6th.
All Saints entered the pop scene in 1997 with their first single I Know Where It's At, which was followed by the number one hit Never Ever.
Since splitting in 2001 the girls have been busy in their personal lives, with some of them now mums. Shaznay Lewis decided to go solo and picked up an Ivor Novello gong for songwriting.
