Electric Dolls - gunning for the top
Step aside Girls Aloud, there's a new girl group on the block setting their sights on the big time.
Meet the Electric Dolls, five feisty lasses who have busy touring and performing up and down the UK over the last few months.
The Electric Dolls describe their music as a fusion of Madonna, Fergie and Gwen Stefani.
The group features Emma Felton from Leigh in Essex, Kelly Rowland (not that one), Lexy Robertson, Jenny Ricketts and Lynsey Shaw.
Felton and Rowland met while at theatre school, and it was the latter who suggested Felton attend an audition to join the Dolls after another girl dropped out.
The audition went well and Felton joined the group. Emma Felton, 23, studied dance for three years at Laine Theatre Arts School in Surrey.
Looking to be signed to a record label, the Electric Dolls have performed on Scott Mills' Upstaged show on BBC3 and have enjoyed radio airplay.
