Former Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker has been released from hospital
Former Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker has been released from hospital, almost three weeks after he was involved in a fatal plane crash.

Barker suffered second and third-degree burns when the private jet he was travelling in crashed in South Carolina.

Two other passengers and the two pilots died in the accident on September 29th.

Only Barker and disc jockey Adam Goldstein, also known as DJ AM, survived the crash.

The DJ received two skin graft surgeries on his neck and arm in the days after the incident.

Barker has now returned home and will continue to receive treatment over the next few months. Before his release he found time to post a statement on his internet blog.

"I can't wait to get out of here and be home with the babes. The doctors say I'm healing up quickly and I'm gonna be out of here b4 you know it," he said.

Goldstein has also left hospital and made his first return to the decks with Jay-Z at the reopening of the Hollywood Palladium.
