Christina Aguilera wowed the audience in her comeback show at London's Coko Club last night.
The petite singer, known as The Voice for her impressive vocals, shed her dirrrrty past and settled instead for a more jazzy feel wearing blue hotpants and a sequined halterneck top. Later on she slipped into a miniscule sailor's outfit.
Showcasing music from her new album Back to Basics, Christina was flanked by three burlesque dancers during the 40-minute performance.
Ain't No Other Man, Understand and Candyman were followed by crowd pleaser Lady Marmalade and the massively popular You're Beautiful.
Although Back to Basics is her third album, it is the first since her marriage to music producer Jordan Bratman.
However, Aguilera fans who are eagerly anticipating more from the singer may be disappointed as she has announced that she would like to take a break from music to settle down.
"I'm going to do one more album and then consider settling down and having kids," she told MTV in an interview last night.
As well as temporarily saying goodbye to her music career, the 25-year-old is also considering a change in image by removing her numerous body piercings.
"This is my new image now. That was in my past. I am an artist who is forever changing," she said.
