Kevin Federline has been granted sole custody of Britney Spears' two children, reports in the US claim.
Reports suggest the 30-year-old's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan has announced his client has reached an agreement in the custody battle with his ex-wife.
Federline is expected to require court approval for the agreement later today.
Jayden James, one, and Sean Preston, two, will continue living with their father but Britney, 26, will have visitation rights which "may increase over time," Mr Kaplan is quoted as saying.
"The case has been settled," the lawyer told the E! television channel.
"Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving", he added.
Last October, Britney lost custody of her two sons and her visitation rights were restricted following her hospitalisation in January.
