Pete Doherty 'back with ex'

Pete Doherty appears to have moved on from Kate
Pete Doherty has reportedly rekindled his relationship with a former girlfriend dating before his encounters with supermodel Kate Moss.

The Babyshambles frontman's previous relationship with model Irina Lazareanu ended in 2004 but, the Sunday Mirror reports, the pair have recently been catching up – and are back together.

According to the newspaper Doherty was seen meeting her at Claridge's hotel in London and the pair stuck together to the V Festival in Chelmsford, where Babyshambles were playing.

The plot thickens, however. Moss had previously chose Rini, as Doherty reportedly calls her, to model for her Top Shop collection, giving her career a welcome boost.

The 33-year-old dumped Doherty earlier this summer. But judging by a report in today's Sunday People, Moss has been attempting to relive happier days by requesting a chance to duet with Prince at London's O2 arena.

She may have jumped onstage and duetted with Pete in happier moments, but it seems the Purple One's staff were having none of it and politely told her to go elsewhere.

"Kate was not happy but there was not much she could do about it," a source told the People.
