Chris Martin and his bandmates have finally released the running order for Coldplay's fourth studio album, Vida La Vida.
The record, whose alternative title is the cheery-sounding Death And All His Friends, is due to be released on June 16th/17th, according to the band's official website.
It is the second Coldplay album to restrict itself to just ten tracks, following their 2000 debut Parachutes, while 2002's A Rush of Blood to the Head and 2005's X&Y both featured 11.
Among the more unusual titles are 42, Strawberry Swing and Lovers in Japan/Reign of Love. Its influences reportedly include Spanish-based acoustic guitar.
"The powers-that-be tell me it'll be available for general consumption on June 16th/17th, depending on where you live," a writer signing himself off 'prospekt' on the website says.
"We'll try to release a track or two before then," it adds, meaning Coldplay fans struggling to cope with the two-month wait will have something to get their aural teeth into before then.
