Madonna has knocked Estelle from the top of the UK singles charts with her single Four Minutes.
With the help of Justin Timberlake and Timbaland, the Material Girl has grabbed her 13th UK number one single to end Estelle's month-long reign at the top of the charts.
And in the album charts, the Kooks' second album Konk unseated Duffy's debut Rockferry from the number one spot.
After impressive download sales had propelled Four Minutes to fourth in the singles chart, its physical release gave it the final push needed to claim the highest spot in the chart.
Elsewhere, September's Cry For You climbed fourth places to fifth while Usher and Young Jeezy were up eight with Love In This Club.
Mariah Carey and Duffy both slipped two places and Age of the Understatement by the Last Shadow Puppets, Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner's side project, jumped 15 places to ninth.
X Factor winner Leona Lewis saw her stunning US success inspire some increased album sales on home shores while Mariah Carey's E=MC2 and Elliot Minor's self-titled album were other new entries.
