Midweek sales figures indicate Pink is on course to pip Oasis to the number one slot in the UK singles chart.
The US singer's new single So What is set to shoot up the charts from number 38 to number one following its physical release, according to Music Week.
And while Oasis' latest effort The Shock of the Lightning has been largely well received, it looks set to be pushed into second place.
The track comes from the band's seventh album Dig Out Your Soul, released on October 6th.
However, fans eager to hear the Gallaghers' new effort can head to the band's MySpace page where the album is being streamed.
So What will be Pink's third UK number one, but her first since 2002's Just Like A Pill, while Boyzone's comeback single Love You Anyway should debut at number five.
In the album charts, Kings of Leon's Only By The Night is likely to stay at the top of the charts for a second week.
