After Ang Lee's contemplative take on the Marvel Comics character, the possibility of a Hulk franchise seemed dead and buried.

But with Edward Norton on board - and co-scripting the movie - Universal Studios have taken a Batman Begins approach to the comic and set about starting from scratch. With the likes of Liv Tyler and Tim Roth attached and Transporter director Louis Leterrier promising balls-to-the-wall action, The Incredible Hulk promises to be a summer hit to rival The Dark Knight and the returning Indiana Jones.
