Fans of legendary American wrestler Hulk Hogan, otherwise known as Hulkamaniacs, are fighting over themselves to bid for their hero's Belleair Florida Gulf Coast home.
One minor drawback for the average fan is that the mansion, set on a luxury 17,000-square-foot patch, has been put on the market for a cool $25 million.
For your money, you get five spacious bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a swanky guest house and a boat house complete with two docks, a pool and a waterfall.
It is said to be the ninth most expensive house on the market in the whole of the United States but demand is still expected to be through the expensive roof.
Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, 52, has said he is scaling down and has just moved his family and himself into a $12 million Miami Beach home.
The wrestler earned his multi-million dollar fortune by becoming a global superstar in the wrestling ring during an incredible career in the sport that stated right back in 1978.
A whole host of film and TV roles followed for the Hulkster, or Hollywood Hogan as he became known, including performances in Rocky III in 1982, Thunder in Paradise and, not to be forgotten, Muppets from Space.
