Hollywood favourite Jennifer Aniston has had her drawn-out topless photo legal case "amicably resolved", according to her lawyer.
Jay Lavey said the case had now been resolved but that the details of the settlement were "confidential".
"It's a confidential settlement," he said. "The matter was amicably resolved."
The 37-year-old Friends star had sued photographer Peter Brandt after he allegedly took pictures of her while she was getting dressed at home.
Aniston argued he used "invasive, intrusive and unlawful measures" to take the photos and that he invaded her privacy.
Brandt always denied this, saying he had shot the images from a public pavement. He told the Reuters news agency: "I was 300 yards (274 metres) away and anybody on that hillside could have seen her."
Meanwhile, in other positive news for the actress, whose current film The Break-Up has amassed about $120 million (£63 million) in box office takings, she has been voted the style queen of the world in a Hello! magazine poll.
Aniston grabbed 29 per cent of the votes to beat off Prince William's girlfriend Kate Middleton and his royal sibling's other half, Chelsy Davy.
Supermodel Kate Moss came in at fourth with ten per cent while Keira Knightley rounded off the top five.
