Pete Doherty missed yet another show due to be performed in Ibiza after his passport application was rejected.
The Babyshambles frontman realised last week that he had lost his passport and immediately applied for a temporary one.
However staff at the passport agency turned down the application as his photo did not meet their strict rules on what was acceptable.
The band's sold-out show at Bar M as part of Ibizia Rocks then had to be cancelled, disappointing hundreds of fans.
"Everyone's disappointed. We regret that we have cancelled the show. It's a shame but we had no choice," a spokesman for the event said.
"Pete is a good friend of Bar M so we are very forgiving. We are hoping to bring him back in September."
It's the second time this summer that Babyshambles have been unable to perform due to Doherty. Last month's scheduled show was called off after Doherty went back into rehab.
His love life seems to be going more successfully than his music career at the moment as reports at the weekend claimed that he is back together with old flame Kate Moss. The rumour mill then went into overdrive after Moss was seen wearing a ring on her engagement finger.
