Glamour model Jordan's management has said that her son Harvey is in hospital after he climbed into a bath and turned on the hot tap, scalding himself.
Four-year-old Harvey has been at London's Chelsea and Westminster hospital since the New Year's Eve incident which took place at the Surrey home the model shares with her husband, the singer Peter Andre.
Harvey, her son from a previous relationship with the footballer Dwight Yorke, is partially blind and has a growth disorder.
"It happened at the family home on Sunday afternoon when Harvey got in an empty bath with his clothes on and turned the hot tap, which scalded his right leg only," a statement from Jordan's management said.
"Harvey has been in hospital, with Peter and Katie [Price, Jordan's real name] by his bedside since the accident and, because of Harvey's medical condition, he needs to be monitored very closely."
The couple were due to host a New Year's Eve party at their home and go on holiday to Australia; both were cancelled due to the incident.
Jordan and Peter have another son, Junior, and the model is now pregnant with her third child.
