Paris Hilton grazed her chin in a scuffle with paparazzi
Paris Hilton has suffered a grazed chin after being knocked to the ground by paparazzi while leaving a restaurant in the Czech Republic.

The heiress was mobbed by the crowd of snappers as she exited a restaurant in Prague's Staromestska Square and lost her footing in the melee.

Paris is touring with her boyfriend Benji Madden and his band Good Charlotte in Europe.

The pair were attempting some sightseeing in Prague but the 27-year-old sparked hysteria among the photographers, and a fight broke out between rival paparazzi as they tried to get their shots.

According to reports, Benji was able to help the socialite back to her feet and into a waiting car.

All in all, it has not been a good week for the Simple Life star. Her grandfather, hotelier Barron Hilton has reportedly decided to donate 97 per cent of his $2.3 billion fortune to charity.

Paris seemed upbeat on the news however, and told reporters: "It won't affect me in any way. I am very fine on my own. My grandfather is incredible man, he is very generous and what he is doing is amazing," she said.End of story
