Timberlake bars Lohan from gig

"Socialite ligger" Lindsay shunned
Justin Timberlake has refused to let Lindsay Lohan come to an exclusive gig to promote his new album, FutureSex/Love Sounds.

In an embarrassing snub to the infamous partying actress, The Sun reports that he does not want her there as she is bad for his image.

The exclusive showcase of his album will take place at the House of Blues in Los Angeles this Saturday but JT is apparently keen for only the cream of Hollywood's A-list to be there.

Lindsay's people put in a call to get tickets for the event, but were reportedly told that the singer did not want his name associated with her.

"Justin's gig will be packed with Hollywood A-listers and a lot of important names in music," a source told the paper. "The last thing his label want is Lindsay getting hammered and making a spectacle of herself, taking attention away from Justin and his new album."

They added: "He has a lot riding on his big comeback and he doesn't need any distractions. His people reckon any association with socialite liggers like Lindsay are bad for his image and career." Ouch.

Lindsay also suffered another high-profile embarrassing criticism recently when the boss of her current movie's production company sent her a letter telling her to buck her ideas up and concentrate more on acting and less on late-night partying.
