The Comic Relief charity single, Islands in the Stream, by Gavin and Stacey stars Rob Brydon and Ruth Jones has topped the UK singles chart.
The single, featuring Sir Tom Jones, beat off competition from last week's number one Right Round by US rapper Flo Rida and Kesha to claim the top spot.
Almost the entire top five simply shifted one down, with the Saturday's Just Can't Get Enough dropping from two to three, and Lady Gaga's latest offering Poker Face slipping to four.
Taylor Swift made up this week's top five best-selling singles with Love Story, retaining her position last week.
In the albums chart, Irish rockers U2 held on at the top with No Line in the Horizon.
Annie Lennox was a new entry at number two with her greatest hits collection, and American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson also had a new entry in the chart with All I Ever Wanted.
