Princes William and Harry will admit to being just as addicted to reality TV as the rest of the world in an exclusive interview with Ant & Dec to be screened on ITV1 tonight.
The interview will begin coverage of the celebrations to mark the 30th anniversary of The Prince's Trust.
In the interview, the young princes tell the TV duo that they too have fights over the remote control when they are at home.
"We like the same sort of things, although there is usually an argument over the remote control at home about who watches what - that usually goes on for a while," says Prince Harry. "Friends is always a safe bet."
Both will admit to succumbing to reality TV show fever, such as X Factor and Pop Idol.
Harry reveals his brother's viewing habits, saying: "He won't admit to it but we did both watch it (Pop Idol), especially the American Pop Idol."
Prince Charles did not reveal if he is addicted to the reality TV show craze but did show praise for the work of Leonard Cohen, a Canadian singer-songwriter.
"The orchestration is fantastic and the words, the lyrics and everything. He is a remarkable man and he has this incredibly laid-back, gravelly voice," he said.
Tonight's Prince's Trust celebrations will take place at the Tower of London and will be hosted by the three princes and the Duchess of Cornwall.
Will Young, Ozzy Osbourne, Pink, the Sugababes and McFly and Annie Lennox will be amongst the stars who have been confirmed for the celebrations.
