Henshall: A bush tucker no more

Saturday, 25 Nov 2006 09:44
It was time for the designer to leave the jungle
Fashion diva Scott Henshall was forced to hang up his khakis yesterday after the public voted him out of the jungle.

The fashionista of the I'm A Celebrity… group, Scott faced the eviction with journalist and former model Lauren Booth but it seems the public had enough of the diva. However, when chatting to Ant and Dec with a glass of champers afterwards Scott had a lot to say about new found rival Phina and the celebrity chest incident.

Scott remarked, "You can expect to be bitten by a snake in the jungle but not a contestant."

The designer, whose clients include Paris Hilton, Victoria Beckham and Kylie Minogue, said: "I really liked her but after living for two weeks with someone if they bite or scratch you it will never be the same again."

Fighting talk indeed. The pair faced each other for a final bush tucker challenge, 'what lies beneath', which involved diving into murky waters to retrieve as many stars as possible. Oh, and with alligators and eels.

Scott now becomes the second evictee from the jungle this year, after television presenter Toby Antis left on day 11.

The diva can now return to his infinitely more glamorous life as the designer of choice for It girls. Will the jungle be an inspiration for his new collections? Khakis for Kylie perhaps?End of story
