BB evictees offered comeback
Contestants already evicted from this year's Big Brother show have a chance of returning for the series' last week, the programme's producers have revealed.
Instead of facing years of being recognised as 'that geezer off Big Brother' before the final miserable fade into obscurity, the attention-hungry evictees will put off the inevitable by campaigning for public votes to see who gets to stage a big comeback.
Four of Grace, Jayne, Lea, Lisa, Michael, Nikki, Sam and Spiral will be placed into the 'House Next Door' on Tuesday. Surviving housemates will then be made to pick which of the four they would like to spend the show's final week with after a two-day period.
While Shehbaz, Dawn and George will not be permitted re-entry because they voluntarily quit the show and were not evicted, two other evictees, Sezer and Bonnie, are not allowed to return for unspecified "legal reasons".
At present footballer's wife wannbe Nikki Grahame is the favourite to make it to the final week. The popular 24-year-old model had already netted her own show on E4, Princess Nikki, which will see her attempt to hold her own in a different job each week in an attempt to win a prize.
Her TV presenter ambitions match those of fellow contestant Susie, who along with a "gutted" Mikey was evicted last night from the show. Whereas Susie also wants to get her own show, she has said that she will settle for her fallback option – becoming a housewife.
Both Mikey and Susie will also be eligible for a potential return to the house next week, giving the show's producers a chance to reignite interest in this year's series after ratings slumped following the exit of the show's most colourful characters.
