Big Brother housemate Mohamed furious at Rex's suggestion he should give up 'expensive' Halal meat
Big Brother housemates Rex and Mohamed are in danger of falling further into each other's bad books in a new row over Halal meat.
The former best friends clashed when Hampstead chef Rex realised how much of a dent Muslim Mohamed's Halal meat was making on the weekly shopping budget.
With times hard and basic rations imposed, the 24-year-old told Mohamed he should give up the meat until a luxury budget could be won.
But, despite the best efforts of a posse of female housemates, Mohamed's reaction was furious.
As first Maysoon then Kathreya and Rachel tried to soothe his temper, the 23-year-old toy demonstrator declared open season on Rex.
"I don't have a friend anymore," Mohamed warned.
"I'm not speaking to him; I'm keeping my mouth shut. The honeymoon period is over."
