Elle Macpherson: finding it difficult to cope with split
The love life of Elle Macpherson is the subject of much speculation following her split from boyfriend Arpad Busson.
The Aussie supermodel, 42, separated from the French financier and father of her two children last week, after a nine-year relationship.
But according to the
New York Post she has already been spotted on a romantic dinner date with Al Pacino.
A spy told the newspaper that their date at Il Sole in Los Angeles was "definitely romantic".
There has also been speculation about the leggy model's friendship with Irish actor Colin Farrell, after the pair were spotted having a drink together in the Bahamas last month.
But on Saturday at London's Live 8 concert, Elle was overhead telling close friend Victoria Beckham about how difficult she has found the break-up.
She was heard saying to the former Spice Girl: "It's been a terrible time. I've found it very difficult to cope."
Victoria replied: "Elle, listen to me. What you need to do is just block people out and deal with it on your own."
Elle and Arpad announced their split two weeks ago, but denied anyone else was involved.
"We have decided to spend some time apart to consider our future," they said in a statement.
"There is no third party involved."
