UK men want to sleep with Angelina, but marry Jennifer
Brad Pitt is one lucky fellow; not only has he managed to marry every man's ideal wife in Jennifer Aniston, but he has also been linked with the woman men most want to sleep with.
The finding was made by
Cosmopolitan, which asked men who they would most like to sleep with, and who they would most like to spend the rest of their lives with.
Although now divorced from Jen, Brad's are-they-aren't-they relationship with Angelina Jolie means he has certainly racked up more man points than most.
Jolie romped home in first place in the list of men's ideal sexual partners, but while 72 per cent of men would sleep with her, just one in three of these would make an honest woman of the feisty brunette.
No, when it comes to settling down and setting up a home with someone, British men pick Mr Pitt's ex-wife as their top choice - with Halle Berry, Gwyneth Paltrow, Sienna Miller, Nigella Lawson, and Gabby Logan all preferred as marriage partners to the stunning Jolie star.
"Jennifer gives the impression she's homely and wants to settle down, which appeals to men," said Cosmopolitan editor Sam Baker.
"In terms of marriage, they still want to be looked after and have a sense that their partner isn't going to run off with someone else."
The survey also revealed that British men have a fascination with news readers with ballroom queen Natasha Kaplinsky and the utterly lovely Katie Derham among the top ten women men would like to marry or wed.
